Background
The ROOSC Project was conceived to address the significant challenge of out-of-school children in Kaduna State. With over 768,739 estimated out-of-school children, the project aims to reduce this number by increasing school enrollment, participation, and completion rates. The project’s approach is holistic, focusing not just on building and renovating schools but also on improving the overall education system to ensure that every child, especially the most vulnerable, has access to quality education.
