Project Overview

About ROOSC Project

The Reaching Out-of-School Children (ROOSC) Project is a comprehensive initiative launched by the Kaduna State Government in partnership with various international and local stakeholders. Funded through concessional loans and grants from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED), Global Partnership for Education (GPE), Education Above All (EAA), and Save the Children International (SCI), the project is dedicated to improving access to quality primary education for out-of-school children (OOSC) across the 23 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Kaduna State.
