ROOSC promotes flexible learning approaches that respond to the diverse needs and circumstances of out-of-school children. Through interventions such as Catch-Up Clubs (CuC), Accelerated Basic Education Programme (ABEP) and the integration of Tsangaya learners, children are provided with alternative pathways to acquire foundational and basic education and transition into appropriate formal or continuing learning opportunities.
